Understanding Your Needs
Based on our discovery conversations, here is how we understand AMTA's current situation — and where WKT can deliver the most value.
AMTA currently delivers training through BIS Trainer — a system that operates under a third-party brand and isn't deeply integrated with AMTA's identity or member systems. RapidLMS gives AMTA a fully white-labelled platform where members see AMTA at every touchpoint, not a third-party interface.
Members expect seamless access to their training with preferred rates applied automatically. Non-member carriers and owner-operators should be able to discover and purchase training at full price — all from a single, AMTA-branded experience with no second login required.
Your professional designation programs — the Certified Transportation Safety Professional and Certified Transportation Safety Coordinator — require a platform that handles instructor-led sessions, self-paced content, learning paths, secure exam delivery, and credential tracking suitable for professional designations.
Safety managers at carrier companies need to enroll dozens — or hundreds — of drivers at once. The platform must support bulk purchasing, group assignment, and manager-level reporting across entire fleets, with no IT overhead for AMTA or the carrier.
Alberta carriers need documented proof of training for CVSA audits, WCB compliance, and COR certification. The platform must generate immutable completion records and give safety managers real-time visibility into their team's training status.
AMTA has expressed interest in issuing tamper-proof, digitally verifiable credentials to learners upon course or designation completion — giving carriers and regulators instant proof of training that can be verified without calling AMTA.
Partnership Options
Both options replace BIS Trainer with RapidLMS and give AMTA a fully white-labelled training platform. The difference is scope: Option 1 covers your training ecosystem, Option 2 extends that to your entire web presence.

Partnership Roadmap
We'll work with AMTA to make the transition from BIS Trainer seamless for your members and staff. Here's the recommended timeline.
Launch the new platform alongside BIS Trainer, migrate learners progressively, and decommission BIS Trainer once all active learners have transitioned.
Sign the Storefront Partner agreement. WKT assigns your dedicated account manager and begins scoping the migration: SSO integration, course content audit, and AMTA branding configuration.
WKT builds your white-labelled storefront, configures AMTA's brand, sets up member pricing tiers, fleet enrollment, SSO integration, and migrates AMTA's course content to RapidLMS. CTSP/CTSC learning paths configured.
RapidLMS goes live for all new registrations. Existing BIS Trainer learners continue on BIS until they complete their current courses. All new members and registrations flow through the AMTA-branded RapidLMS experience.
As remaining BIS Trainer learners complete their courses, they transition to RapidLMS. BIS Trainer is fully decommissioned. AMTA operates entirely on its own branded platform.
